It is manicured and well cared for.
Most of the tenants are friendly and respectful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities, and opportunities to participate in community activities. Lovely lake view.
Very clean and presentable. Good stuff
Baytowne has set the bar for rented apartments. If they would sell a unit, I would buy one in a second
It’s just a shame they don’t allow any pets on premises.
Very high standard of living is provided
Living at Baytowne has been a pleasure. My apartment is large for the price and all the amenities such as pool, restaurant bar, gym, and so much more are fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone moving to Champaign
I think the property is very well kept and a bit of a hidden gem in the Champaign-Urbana area.
If someone were to ask me what it is like living here, I would tell them that it’s extremely peaceful and a great place to live.
I do appreciate the location being near all the shopping and dining areas.
I recently moved in here after selling my home. I moved here after visiting a friend 3 years or so ago and thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with him on the ground with the parties, etc at the club house. I do have to admit though, I am disappointed that this doesn’t hold true anymore. There is a monthly party this is really nice and a breakfast, which if you work, is not possible to attend, but none of the other events. I remember Wii bowling, karaoke, card games etc. I was planning on that when I moved here. Happy except for that. I have no reason to go to the club house otherwise except when the pool is open or the monthly special event.
