Best thing happened to me in IL
The development is well managed. Exterior and interior of units are both fresh-looking and well-maintained. The staff is responsive and helpful. I look forward to coming back to home everyday after work it makes me feel safe and relax living in Baytowne. I think the rent is reasonable for what I get. The monthly Baytowne events are great even the Baytowne cafe’s food is fab Way better than all of the on- or near-campus places I visited when I was apt-hunt and those that I visited of friends’ no offense to any of my friends who live elsewhere .
I only complaint I had once was a downstairs neighbor who loves to put on his stereo VERY loud late at night. It lasted for a couple of weeks before I reported them. Since then I never heard that noise again Again, the responsive and helpful management staff.

Very nice place to live however with some actions the experience of living at Baytowne could be improved even more and it would be much worth for the property.
Baytowne should ask the improvement proposals from the residents and give them the feedback if it is possible or not to apply.
Safe, quiet, comfortable, spacious
Overall, living here is a great experience. The apartments are quiet, spacious and comfortable. Staff is very responsive and helpful. I absolutely love being able to walk around the lake during the day or relax at the pool. I’m very happy I decided to live here.

Peaceful, convenient options from garages to the gym to the cafe, and never having to worry about crime, snow removal, maintenance issues not being quickly resolved, etc. It s a great place to live at a great location and I couldn t be happier to have moved here.
