The undersigned applicant warrants that the statements contained herein are true. The purpose of this application is to assist Lessor in deciding whether to rent to applicant. Receipt of this application by Lessor does not obligate BAYTOWNE APARTMENTS to deliver occupancy of any apartment. Every person that will occupy the apartment must fill out a separate Application except if they are under the age of 18. The undersigned agrees to pay a $25.00 application fee for the processing of this application.

EACH APPLICANT AGREES AND REPRESENTS THAT:

Applicant authorizes Lessor to obtain a “consumer report” as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 a(d), seeking information on the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living of applicant and other proposed occupants.
Applicant must have good credit (no adverse reports) reported by Kroll Factual Data, 5200 Hans Peak Drive, Loveland, CO 80538, at 1-800-929-3400, if denied credit 1-970-663-5700.
Applicant must have good Landlord histories.
Income must be stable and there must be a reasonable expectation that it will continue during course of the lease.
The occupants must meet all of BAYTOWNE PROPERTIES’S qualifications.
Any person or firm is authorized to release information about the undersigned upon presentation of this form or a photocopy of this form at any time.
Until Lessor executes and tenders a lease to applicant, Lessor shall have the right to reject this applicant for whatever reason.
